I was watching the Chiefs-Bears preseason game when the Bears put in their QB hopeful Connor Shaw late in the game. In Mizzou's first year in the SEC he was South Carolina's starting QB and beat the snot out of Mizzou 31-10. His only incomplete pass was his first one. The next year he was injured and sick and did not start against Mizzou but after SC wasn't doing so well (Mizzou was number 5 nationally) the Old Ball Coach put him in and they beat us 28-27 in double overtime. Later that year he led SC to a win over number 6 Clemson.
Predictably, he immediately led Da Bears to a quick (and their only) touchdown. His next drive was stopped by the Chief's D. In his third drive, the Chief's nose tackle grabbed him by the shoulders, threw him down, rolled over his leg and broke it.
Karma's a bitch.
