When Rivals released its updated state rankings this week, I expected him to get a ratings bump. Instead, he is not listed in the top 15. I don't get it. Jermaine Hamilton-Jordan, who has committed to Arkansas, is ranked 15th with his best offers Arkansas, Iowa State, Kansas State and Kansas. William Lee is ranked 14th and his best offers are Iowa and Iowa State. Neither has an offer from MU. Tollison is listed as having offers from Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Michigan State, West Virgina, Iowa State and Kentucky along with Missouri. So much for getting a ratings bump based on offers.
