Construction experts ... SEZ project

What are they doing now? Is this drainage work? Also, the old removing the track can't be done because of the bed rock under the field seems to be not true. It looks like they have gone down approximately 10' in the work they are doing now. Just curious, looking for information. Link to construction cam below.
