Would like to see these rule changes for NCAA basketball:
1. Recruit signs with a school. He is allowed only to play for that school. No transfer to play at another school.
2. As long as recruit remains academically eligible, school must renew scholarship for four years. No forcing kid to transfer. No redshirts. You have four years to play four years.
3. Can declare for NBA after one year or after any succeeding year but that declaration voids future college eligibility.
