The State High School X Country meet has been held in Jeff City for many many years.
Starting in 2019 it will be held in Columbia at the Gans Park area SW of Columbia off of US 63.
A partnership between MU, MSHSAA, Columbia Track Club, and others is developing the site for a world class Cross Country venue.
Plan is to host the NCAA Regional meet, perhaps an MU Invitational, the Missouri State High School meet, and the SEC conference meet at some point.
Pretty cool idea somebody had to bring all those interested parties together.
