He said something to the effect of “me as a player, receiving an inbounds pass, you’re not gonna stop me. I’m gonna get to my spot and you can’t stop me from catching the inbounds pass. In front of me. In back of me, I don’t care. I’m getting that ball.”

Well - I like that attitude but that isn’t working. Hasn’t been working, with these players.

He told Jimmy Dykes after the first loss at Mississippi state that they were going to run more motion offense. Good adjustment. Offense has looked much better since then.

He needs to figure out something on running plays to put his current set of players in better position to inbound the ball.
