*Now a few recruiting tidbits for you. Alex Schiffer posted a quick update on the visit of hoops prospect Anthony Mack

We hope to have more news on that later today.

*On the football side, let's start with the good news. I'm told that juco defensive lineman Michael Clemons will visit Missouri officially some time in December. Clemons is also planning visits to Ole Miss in December and Oklahoma State in January. This is the kind of prospect Missouri needs to close on. Wanted by other good, but not elite, programs. Juco guy, could come in and help immediately at a position where they need it.

*On the bad news side, Tennessee three-star defensive tackle Ben Hutch has eliminated the Tigers. He had Mizzou in the top six, but announced a top three of Louisville, Texas A&M and Penn State. I see the Tigers going juco for some help on the defensive interior as well.

*Couple of other guys we're keeping an eye on. I checked in with Atlanta RB Deon Jackson. He told me he does not currently have any other visits planned besides Duke, where he committed this summer. We'll let you know if that changes. Missouri is also keeping tabs on offensive lineman K'Rojhn Colbert (don't ask me to pronounce it). He has an official set up to South Carolina on October 29th, but nothing else at this time. Missouri would like both of those guys to be part of the class.

That's what we've got to start your week recruiting wise. I'm sure we'll have more. We'll pass it along as we get it.
