I saw a snippet that Bernie Sanders let it be known this morning that if there was an open seat in the presidential election of 2024 he would be running. He will be 83. But when you look at it the democrat leadership is all too damned old. Not much appeal there. I realize McConnell is 80 and Trump is 75 but the republicans have many more up and comers that could be national candidates.
