Hamas was forced to act up and of course Israel probably lied and none of the atrocities took place. As ludicrous as that sounded, it is exactly what played out.

They saw that young people by 70-30 % were against their support for Israel. So last night a bunch of democrat senators joined BernieSanders calling for conditions on aid to Israel. Biden in an answer to a question thought that was a good idea.
So now that his support for Israel seems not beneficial in getting votes from the left, it seems the administration is no longer into Israel’s legitimate goal of ridding Hamas from the planet. They are obviously wanting a ceasefire and have dispatched CIA chief Burns to Qatar to beg for American hostages to be released and likely trade for urging a ceasefire on Israel.
Yesterday after saving a ship from kidnappers/Pirates, the Houtis shot at our naval ship from which the rescuers came. Today the pentagon denied the two missiles were shot at our ship, though none other were in the Arabian Sea near where the missiles landed but ours. This afternoon an Iranian drone came within a few hundred yards of Eisenhower Carrier. This is the administration that removed the Houtis from terrorist list. This administration is so afraid of offending Iran,that Iran and Hamas has to be laughing in that this is working much as they planned.
So look for the US to exert increased pressure to let bygones be bygones and yammer about a “two state solution “ pretending that neither the Palestinian Authority or Hamas have any intention other than fueling hate for Jews or denying Israel’s right to exist.
It’s all about Joe recognizing there are more woke people that are anti Israel that he needs to have any hope of winning.
Now my take is that the Jewish community that has always supported democrats will rethink that as Biden puts distance again between his administration and Israel . So I don’t think it will help an 81 yr old flip flopper in his flagging approval.
