Should immediately expand to 20 teams, vote as a conference to leave the NCAA. Create own governing board. Create a shared-revenue pool and salary cap for the member teams. Pay recruits to play for the universities. Land (even more of) all the top talent in the country. Void all tv contracts. Renegotiate said tv contracts. Increase revenue. Play a two division schedule with its own championship in the model of the NFL/NBA/MLB. Forget about (for the time being) lesser revenue sports. Force the destruction of the NCAA.
