That disclaimer aside, this is an interesting suit.on a lot of levels. The question getting my attention is this one. If you are intentionally making false accusations (or what you believe to be false allegations) as a news org, should you be responsible for damages, if those lies cause said damages? Lot of things to prove for Dominion, but that they got this far makes this unique, at least to me.
