From what I've read Dooley is a ground and pound, play-action, read option while taking shots over the top type of guy. That fits our talent coming back pretty well. Alot of people want to see Drew Lock in a prostyle offense and Dooley should be able to mix what we have with what's worked elsewhere.

He has had some success putting guys in NFL. Tyler Bray had success in his offense as did an all conference WR Hunter and a few others. And if you want to say that the result of his OC. IIRC he had two WR in the top 5 in receiving yds at LA Tech in the same year. Ones name was Patten who went to the 9ers.

You can complain about the hire if you want but Monken didn't get fired, Wilson would have been a lateral move, everyone was saying Fisch isnt in one place long and the a&m oc was under offensive guru HC that just got fired. I don't put Dooley below those guys considering Odom is looking for loyalty and this guy was a Saban AHC for years.
