I get why BO and staff wants to limit visibility, but there is a very obvious downside: almost zero talk about the team. I can't recall this little discussion almost half way through spring ball. I mean, there's literally nothing concrete to discuss. Hence, zero press coverage, zero focus by the both the diehard and casual fan bases, etc. During a time when most college football fans are getting excited about the upcoming season and littering the boards with hype, conjecture and debate, Mizzou is in the recruiting equivalent of a dead period. Brutal.
