After the K-State game, I couldn't help but think about how GP built his teams through player evaluation and development more than anything else. He won his fair share of tough recruiting battles for blue chips like Blaine Gabbert, DGB and Terry Beckner Jr. But he really excelled in program building, in no small part due to his strength & conditioning guy Pat Ivey. Last year, I saw an article about Wake Forest and how S&C and sports psychology really pushed them over the edge to reach their peak. Drink should throw a brink truck of money at this Jason George dude from Wake Forest:
