The obvious thing to me is Drink just drips with enthusiasm for the game and what he wants to accomplish before during and after the game. He gets recruits, players, fans all excited to be part of the program, a vision on where the road is.
Martin seems to take a different path, one that is steady, not flashy. To me he relates more to the parents of recruits. I guess he has enthusiasm and maybe he does that kind of thing in the locker room or during practice.
