Here's the staff members that I can find. Probably going to be some guys here that come along and some that do not. He retained some staff members at App State and will probably do the same here. Seems very likely that Brick Haley sticks around because their defensive line coach/OLB coach don't really seem like a fit.
Def Coordinator - Ted Roof (55) - Tons of experience all over the place. DC for Auburn, NCState, Ga Tech, Minnesota, Penn State, Duke.. etc etc
Cornerbacks - Charlie Harbison (61) - Also loads of experience. has been DC at Clemson, Auburn, Mississippi State. Coached WR's at Alabama. Coached DB's in the NFL briefly at Arizona. North Carolina native.
Outside LB's - DJ Smith (30) - App State Alum. Played in the NFL and then came back. Retained on staff and was recruiting coordinator. Guessing this DJ stays there in North Carolina.
Running Backs - Garrett Riley - Texas Tech Alum. Brother of OU head coach Lincoln Riley. Formerly coached Quarterbacks at ku under Beatty. Guessing he will be coming to Columbia.
Defensive Line - Anwar Stewart (43) - Long time CFL player and UK grad coached in Canada and then came to Kentucky to be on Mark Stoops staff for a two year stint before going to App State.
Wide Receivers - Pat Washington - We know this guy.
Offensive Line - Shawn Clark - Former App State lineman. Was on the staff under Satterfield and retained with Drinkwitz. My guess is he stays but might not be a bad guy to bring in. It appears he does an excellent job. We need a new offensive line coach.
Safeties - Greg Gasparato - Was on staff under Satterfield as a grad assistant and then as safeties coach for a year before his one year stint with Drinkwitz. Appears to have done good work with their secondary so they may try to retain him but we would be a big step up so this might be someone we can lure away.
Tight Ends/Recruiting Coordinator - Justin Watts. Was on staff under Satterfield for four years. Has experience at MTSU, as WR coach and recruiting coordinator. Guessing this is a guy they will try to keep there as well because of recruiting. Originally from Florence SC and played at Clemson.
Erik Link - Special Teams Coordinator - Appears to be a guy that Drinkwitz met while he was on the staff as a QC guy at Auburn. Not much college coaching experience. Was head coach at Roosevelt HS in Des Moines, Iowa before joining Drinkwitz at App State.
