I was going to post this in another thread, but thought it would get lost. It looks like Anderson tempered expectations, saying he is going to be positive with the young players. Like he is trying to not run players off by staying positive. I think this has actually had a negative effect, with players not being pushed hard enough. I see the same mistakes being made, along with players really not being prepared to play. Maybe it is because we don't have the numbers, maybe he is afraid of losing people. I could be wrong on this, since I am not at practices or in the huddle. Hopefully he can get someone who can score off the dribble and a big who can protect the rim, but more than anything I would like to see them get pushed harder
