I am not one to start threads. Third one since 2009.

What I would like to say is:

• No will ever harm the University permanently
• We may not always accomplish it, but we do try to do the right thing
• Barry Odom will get the job done
• The people of Missouri are tough. We may take our fair share of punches, but no one will defeat us

I admit it. I am an old guy. But I am damn glad I graduated from the University of Missouri, along with 3 of my children and daughter-in-law.

I say, bring it on. If we made mistakes, own them and fix it.
