I was talking to players more for long term articles, but here are a few notes.
-- Trystan Castillo came in at 290, is up to 320. Has apparently handled it well.
-- Trevour Simms told another reporter he weighs 345 pounds. Big dude but again I've heard he handles the weight well.
-- Tre Williams went from 230 to 250 and looks fantastic. From body style reminds me of Kony Ealy.
