In both the university’s and MPJ’s handling of this. Only Mizzou would do something like this, and only Mizzou beat writers would not raise a fuss at this clownshow circus. Mizzou had a chance to get out in front of this and keep it from rolling into this laughingstock, but instead, they try to hide things, keep it from fans. It’s like Mizzou has the arrogance of the NFL. For a school that supposedly excels at journalism and communication, they sure don’t seem to know how any of it works.
I’m proud of the way this team has played, happy they’ll make the tourney again, and I think Cuonzo deserves tremendous credit.
