The season's right around the corner. Just curious.....What is everyone's favorite dish to eat in the parking lot? I like to smoke slabs of baby backs a day or two ahead of time, wrap them in foil, reheat them in the parking lot in my portable, propane grill. Some bacon wrapped, cream cheese stuffed jalapenos make a great side dish. Coming from the KC side, I like to get Jack's Stack beans to heat up as well. (not a big fan of Jack's Stack in general, but their beans are incredible).
