I have noticed almost all the FCS leagues are doing 6-9 game seasons between late February and late April, followed by the playoff. As a fan of college football in general, that will be fun - essentially a 10-14 week "second season" - along with college hoops heating up at the same time. I imagine FCS has an opportunity to have a number of these games televised.
