The consent decree imposed by Holder and Obama after the race riots spawned by a young man who tried to kill an officer was shot as a direct result.
The officer was exonerated to the intense chagrin of the Obama team, but their revenge is that Ferguson will soon be predictably bankrupt. As taxpayers who value their safety leave and Federal funds for Ferguson are reduced, the end of a once prosperous city is Obama's victory.
This is quite simply a result of the Obama DOJ's consent decree forced on Ferguson to doom it. Thanks Barry.
Feguson did target those who committed traffic offenses and their zeal to collect their fines was centered primarily on the black community and that was not right. That has ended by the stigma of race riots and crime lives with the city as residents who can vote with their feet.
