I think we would all agree finding the next Fleck or Campbell would be ideal. So decided to look at the numbers of both when hired from Toledo and Western Michigan. Fleck had a career win % of 57%, Campbell at 70%. Both were in their mid 30's, both from non power 5 schools. So I sifted through database of all coaches that fit this criteria. Had to have a winning % higher than or equal to 57%, come from a non power 5 school and be relatively young (I put the cut off at 45 years old). Was basically curious if there was a candidate that stuck out that wasn't being mentioned or if it validated the coaches Sterk is looking at. Below is the results which will show Harsin sticking out like a sore thumb, along with Kiffen.
