Bilas basically just said the NCAA had no case for academic fraud against NC but called this a classic case bc the fraud was committed by the student against the University not the University against other universities. They also got by on the loophold that it wasn't impermissible benefits because the class was available to everyone. We didn't make that argument and self reported and applied suspensions. I wish we would have hired NC's lawyers.
