I mean we can't seriously consider Henson as a Hc in waiting, will we be in a position to make a home run hire at that time. We should just be getting over this cycle of kids who should be great in a couple years. Do we have any former coordinators or Lineage, I know it sounds weird but 5 years isn't that far away
