My mother in law lives roughly 1 mile walk to the entrance. I walked Thursday and went from her house to inside (thru security) in 17 minutes.
You get her extra resident parking pass which will get you into closed Ladue Road and you can park in her driveway. Return pass at that time (if only need for 1 day) and you are on your own. Walk to tournament and back whenever you are done. (You don't need a pass to leave the area.)
