Just got off the phone with Luper. He didn't outright say he was committing to Missouri, but the writing is on the wall. Loved his official visit this past weekend. Said his dad (Mizzou RB coach Curtis Luper) is openly recruiting him to come to Missouri and he loves the idea of playing on the same team his dad is coaching for in college. He doesn't have anymore visits planned. He told me he won't announce his decision until signing day. Really nice kid. I'll have a story on him tomorrow.
