If you fire him you make the decision really easy for Jontay and he goes pro. If you keep Dad then it makes it much more likely he stays and you probably have the best pair of big men in the conference. Now if Jontay does decide to go pro anyway then unless HCCM feels Sr is the best coach he can get I am on board for letting him go.
