Gabe, question for you and fellow journalists

here seems to be a certain style that is taught to journalists and most of the newspaper guys and you and your staff all write using this same style. Articles sort of just “end”. There is no concluding paragraph or wrap up. I assume this is what is taught? Not being critical just sort of curious and have wondered for a while.
