Took the son last night and had tickets in the Tigers Lounge, simply spectacular view and place to watch the game. Food was terrible, but again it was free, "Or, maybe not." overcooked Chicken and Ribs that I really think were used tire parts with BBQ sauce on them. I'm not that picky, but "Come on Man" for $350.00 it could be quite a bit better. "Oh, Brownies were fantastic."
Special teams were the worst I have ever seen and both my son and I seemed at once to call the Samuel fiasco. Here Is the deal and Rivals in their special on the Special teams got it WRONG AND BO, lied to us thru his teeth. 1st. kick Samuel was pretty much centered up and the kick landed in the end zone on the left side short, and rolled out. Second kick after the FG, same lineup and same result. These were not kicks thru the end zone they were just making it into the zone a yard or two deep. On the 3rd. kick Samuel lined up exactly where Tucker kicked the first two balls, not in the center as Rivals said but right behind the left hash shallow in the zone. My son pointed this out and said," I sure hope they don't kick it there again, as the entire right side of the field is empty, they need to just kick it that way, he kicks it there again and we have a problem."
Of course after the return, the next kickoff was way to the right away from Deebo.
Next deal is JJ has just got to catch those punts, if he cannot do it get someone else, Bo. Emanual Hall pointed out that we just cannot let those punts roll and put us in terrible position like that let alone the muff.
Quit throwing it in the F'In flat. Long lateral throws against SEC corners cost games. Yes it works against MO. State but not Big Time Corners with Stars after their names.
Bo, Moore has got to sit. You have plenty of receivers, if he can't catch it and we by now know he can't, especially over the middle, he needs to feel the fun of watching it from the sideline. I know there were a couple of other drops by others but his are glaring and in huge moments. He needs to be used on a vertical stretch or nothing. If he catches it great if not we moved the defense away from the line, but on critical downs, for short yardage, right now he is not the answer.
Gosh, our tightends can catch the ball and run with it. Lets make sure we only give it to them 2 or 3 times a game.
Really the defense played a lot better and I think we only maybe saw a couple of total whiffs. Fatony is really special. I think a couple of weeks ago someone was wondering our next NFL guy, and he is probably right up there after TBJ.
Win or lose I had a fantastic evening with my son and we made lifetime memories supporting our Tigers. The fly over was fantastic.
I've got a lot more, but I hate long posts.
