Yes we clearly need to force people into jobs, roles that they arent qualified for or are less qualified for. This isnt some anti woman post but to say you make up 52% of the population so you should have half the jobs, money is just asinine. By all means if more women are the best candidate for the job/position more power to them.To say you arent a special interest group then to go on and rant about being given a position because of your gender actually makes you a special interest group.
