I know the NCAA has limited the number of headsets that can be used on the sidelines during games and there has been some crying about it.
But I was watching a game a few weeks ago and saw an assistant with a
hand held radio (walkie-talkie?) on the sidelines.
Is this how some teams are getting around the new rule?
