What's the solution to this? I own a fair number of firearms and carry on a daily basis so definitely not some anti-gun lefty, but this seems like a major problem.

Olathe East student allegedly used ‘ghost gun’ in shooting at school
Jaylon Elmore, the student who has been charged with attempted capital murder for shooting Olathe East School Resource Officer Erik Clark on Friday in an incident at the school, allegedly used a ghost gun, according to Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe.
