Honestly, people don't realize how huge this could be...create a job for him (money is no concern, he'd probably do it for nothing), and have him incorporate the core principles of playing for pride, yourself, and your school...being thankful for a 4 year, $150K degree with the best food on the planet 3X a day for 4 years just seemingly isn't enough anymore for a lot of these guys.
