The NCAA transfer list that went active some time last month is a running list of players who have submitted their names for transfers to the NCAA. A colleague tipped me off that Harry Ballard's name is there. He's the only Mizzou player on the list.
To my knowledge there hasn't been any official resolution to the ongoing situation with Ballard at this point, but my info is that he's put his name on the transfer list so I think we can close the door on his time here.
