3) a free-market capitalist economy
4) the sanctity of private property rights

Good: liberalism of English Common Law
Good: 3 branches of government
Evil: extraconstitutional 4th branch/govt.
Evil: govt. by unelected bureaucrats
Evil: tyranny of the administrative state

Good: written constitution
Evil: multiple violations of Constitution

Good: supremacy of the Supreme Court
Evil: damnation of the Supreme Court
Evil: ignoring Supreme Court decisions
Evil: packing Supreme Court

Good: bottom up govt. of/by/for the people
Evil: top down govt. of/by/for the Elites
Evil: top down govt. by administrative state

Good: free market capitalist economy
Evil: crony capitalism/corporatocracy

Good: sanctity of private property rights
Good: increased individual prop. ownership
Evil: increased corporate prop. ownership
Evil: increased CCP property ownership
Evil: decreased indiv. property ownership
Evil: squatter right to occupy private prop.
