Now in his 4th year at TU and with his own roster, Frank is settling in at his low mediocre level. A win over a decent K-State team was a good one but no chance TU finishes in the top 4 of the American, which would get them on the bubble. Unless TU comes in with 4 conference wins, Frank probably gets a 5th year in Tulsa but no extension. I'd bet money he is coaching elsewhere in the Fall of 2019, probably in the Soutlhand or Atlantic Sun.
