Sen. Ted Cruz says it was a 'mistake' to call Jan. 6 a 'terrorist attack' after GOP blowback
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, said calling Jan. 6 a "terrorist attack" was a "mistake" even though he's characterized it like that several times before.
I’ll give him credit for not denying what he clearly said, but for a smart guy he does some really, really stupid stuff. I mean, WTF did he think he was doing when he said this.
