That's pretty much how you draw it up.
Mizzou has largely done whatever it has wanted on offense. It was stopped on one drive when it wasn't even really trying to score just before half. Other than that, five touchdowns and a field goal on six drives. Lock hasn't been touched. Emanuel Hall has beaten UT-M deep a lot. I haven't really seen any uncontested drops.
We've seen a lot of two tight end sets and even some three tight end sets.
Daniel Parker seems to pretty clearly be the No. 3 tight end...which is not a great sign if you're either of the other two guys.
Kevin Pendleton not playing, but is supposed to next week.
Defensively, UT-M made one very nice play on fourth down to extend a drive and that's the only think separating Mizzou from a shutout right now. This is what the opener is supposed to look like. Sure, they make some plays here and there but largely it's pretty obvious Missouri is the better team.
Terry Beckner has made some plays, Jordan Elliott has flashed a couple of times. Terry Petry appears to be the third corner and may even be pushing DeMarkus Acy for second.
We'll see a lot of backups in the second half, including at least one (and probably two) quarterbacks. No suspense about it, but that's the way it's supposed to be.
