The offense sputtered inside the Wyoming 40 more than you'd like to see, but that was domination. On both sides of the ball. Missouri holds a 307-84 total yardage edge. The offense wasn't bad, it just sputtered at the wrong time.

Drew Lock was phenomenal. 260 total yards and two touchdowns. He was close to a couple picks (one on a bad throw and one on a tipped ball), but he was very good.

Somebody eventually is going to cover Emanuel Hall. That somebody is not on Wyoming. Hall has eight catches for 134 yards on nine targets. That'll play.

Not a good start for Albert O with his first two catches getting -1 yard and then a fumble on his third. But he came on on the last two drives.

Speaking of those two drives, they covered 170 yards in 21 plays and 5:15 and got 13 points. That's pretty good.

They still aren't running the ball worth much. There just aren't holes. Missouri is getting no push up front. That's definitely something to follow.

The defense is the story. I'm not going to rave about it because I think Wyoming's quarterback play is terrible and the starting running back is out, but the Tigers gave up 84 yards on 36 plays and allowed just seven first downs. Wyoming was 2-8 on third down. Khalil Oliver has been very good. DeMarkus Acy has been very good. Nate Anderson and Jordan Elliott have been very good. This is the kind of defensive effort you want to see.

It feels like Missouri has this game in hand. A score on the first possession of the second half almost assures it. Wyoming just doesn't look capable of scoring 20 points without the defense or special teams chipping in.
