First off, Periscope show: http://katch.me/GabeDeArmond/v/f4ac4f72-4769-3eef-a6ce-fc04b9b39fa2
This game should be much worse. Florida blew plenty of chances to be up 21 or more.
On a related note, I want to start a clinic to teach football coaches how to manage the clock. Because Jim McElwain butchered it in the final three minutes and he's just the latest. None of them seem to be able to do it as well as I think I can from the press box.
For those who thought a QB change was going to magically cure this offense, well, no. Lock has been good at times and bad at times as you would expect out of a freshman. The line's been the same, the running game has largely not been very good. No drops that I remember, though it did appear Wingo and Lock were crossed up on a deep route that could have been a TD. But overall the problems on this offense go so far beyond the quarterback that one switch (at any position) isn't going to change it.
That said, Missouri's still in this. And will be in it all night if the Tigers can find a way to get six on the first drive of the second half (or preferably seven)
