Okay, let's start by admitting it's Idaho. They're freaking awful. I get it. But if you're dying of thirst and somebody offers you water, you don't bitch that it's too warm. I mean, this is the game that was on the schedule. Missouri couldn't beat Kentucky or Georgia today. All they could do is manhandle Idaho. And they are.
Does it mean that they're back and everything is great? Of course it doesn't. But it's a hell of a lot better than the alternative.
Drew Lock made one God Awful throw and then went 17-23 for 371 yards and 5 touchdowns. Emanuel Hall was open all day, J'Mon Moore was fantastic, Larry Rountree III is good and the tight ends were pretty much never covered down the middle.
And other than one drive, the defense was good. They put in a bunch of new looks, Cam Hilton is contributing again, Tyree Gillespie, Joshuah Bledsoe, Adam Sparks and Chris Turner played a ton, Terry Beckner looked good again.
If you choose to look for the negatives, feel free. But there have been plenty of opportunities to do so this season. For a day at least, be happy your team is winning easily. At least that's what I'd do.
