Has this happened to anyone else before?

The features bar across the top of my response box on PM has been “greyed out” for a few days. I can’t change font color, bold text, underline, post links, post pics/gifs, etc. I can’t figure it out to fix it.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Am I in some sort of weird time out from a post on The Lair?
Most importantly, how do I fix it?
