More important is can the coaches he brings recruit and does the HC have game day experience to eliminate the stupid calls that Barry and co had time and again....
Coordinators probably more critical than HC if they have some players...
Back to recruiting...better players give us better chances...

Can win here and be in SEC championship game...usually won’t win it...
Pick a HC who can assemble a good team of coaches that can recruit and know how to coach em up....not sure Barry had either one...oline coach was massive fail...DC? Huge fail early but got better but recruiting lacked....
