Help with MU/Ticketmaster app

I’m trying to get to my tickets and parking pass so I can move them to my wallet. It won’t bring my tickets up and still shows the Buffalo game on the list of events. This has happened before and I only needed to sign out and then sign back in. But now I cannot find a place to sign out! Sometimes this digital stuff is a PITA.
