I had a brief conversation with a coworker today. Here is what we agreed. We aren't going to be Alabama but we want Mizzou to be competitive and from time to time knock off teams on the level of Alabama. So for now, how about we get behind Coach O and show a little True Son love for the guy. While he does have ultimate responsibility, he isn't God. He isn't dropping passes and tackling poorly. And while he is in charge of the guy that is calling a poor offensive scheme, my hope is we see significant change in that area. The Defense needs a gut check for sure. All of you Nattering Nabobs of Negativity are setting yourselves up for disappointment. Wallow in your misery if you will but I prefer to keep on the sunny side.
