It's been tough for me to get a handle on what I don't like in our offense. It's certainly effective at times, and poor execution by the guys on the field has been a drive-killer.

But I never get the feeling that we're diagnosing a defense and making adjustments to try to beat it. Rather, it's look at all the different stuff we can do. Looks like an option play, no it's a shovel pass. Lined up for a bubble screen, nope we're running the other way. Watch this--two wildcats in a row!

There seems to be little regard for what's working and what's not, and we're trying to move so fast there's little time for a coach to even think about it. There's merit in being unpredictable, but the results aren't good enough.

Most agree Lock struggles progressing through reads, but maybe we're running so much different crap so quickly that he doesn't have a handle on where he needs to be looking from play to play.
