CBO had less DC experience experience vs GP OC experience prior to GP HC job at Toledo
BO first recruiting class exceeded my expectations (given his late start / December hire)
Evaluate BO recruting after his next class or two
expect JUCO help in 2017 - stay tuned
expect HS talent in 2018- it will be fine
Evaluate his staff after this off-season; he will Learn & Improve
I am looking forward to the next two years
As GP always said - it is hard to win (meaning it is hard to win w/o talent and coaching)
I expect better discipline on next year's team - it will be a tough off season for the returning players - Be part of something better and step up your personal game.
