HOA issue

A rabbi bought a house in my subdivision and turned it into a synagogue. No one actually lives at the house. Our deed restriction requires houses to be primarily residential. Our HOA is sueing the rabbi and the synagogue. The liberty institute is defending. Now a couple hoa residents are sueing the HOA.


My question: I bought my house last April, should I sell and move?
